Mobile Device Center & Motorola Q

Any suggestions to get the Q to sync with Outlook 2007? I can not seem to get
it to want to sync with anything but the Media Center.
 
Install the Windows Mobile Device Center software (currently at Beta 3,
final version due to release on 30 January):

Disconnect your device from your computer.
Remove any partnerships on the device.
Install the above software.
Reboot the computer.
Connect your device.
