MMVCP70.dll missing

On starting up computer (windows xp) a message appears "Unable to locate
component this application has failed to start because MMVCP70.dll was not
found. Reinstalling the application may fix this"
I press OK and then everything is fine but this message appears everytime I
start up the computer again. Can anyone help at all?

Reinstall Music Match Jukebox.
