MM video quality poor

I have made a 22 min. MM video and when I view it in Project mode the video
quality is fine and the original video source quality if fine, but when I
view the finished movie saved to my PC you can see a very definite pixel
effect. How can I fix this?

I assume you just saved at default resolution?

Save at a higher resolution .... ie save the file as a 40 mb
file instead of 5 mb.
