MM to Pinnacle Expression Help

I have completed a Windows Movie Maker project and want to burn it to a DVD using Pinnacle Expression. I cannot figure how to proceed. Any help is appreciated!
 
Not sure how far you got, but you need to save the movie maker video as a
dv-avi file to your hard drive and then import this in to pinnacle. I don't
have it, so that's as far as I can go, but I'm sure they have a wizard which
is then easy to follow.

Pinnacle needs type II DV-AVI files and MM2 makes type I, so you'll need to
convert them.

Conversion is easy - See the Setup > Software page of my site for conversion
utilities.
