missing windows folder in c drive

after a recent trojan was found on my pc i have lost the folder "windows" in
my "C" drive.... any ideas where this has gone????

other issues are some files are trying to access the internet through my
firewall these are as follows:-
gir1cz.exe
\ih5mi.exe
ld6.exe
fvbx.exe

itried all that but to no avail i still have no folder in my c drive and im
still getting random programs trying to access the internet???? i ahsve also
included a log file from hijack this the results are as follows

That one for sure looks suspicious. But that is the wrong HiJack This
log... it is just showing running processes. Run the one from the first
screen in HiJack This.
Make sure you have the latest version of HiJack This from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip
Unzip it into a folder of it's own... like c:\HJT and run it from there.
Post the log in one of the following forums, not here:
http://forums.spywareinfo.com
http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30
http://forums.thetechguys.com
There's guys in those forums that are experts and will analyze it for you
and lead you through fixing it.
You may also want to run it through http://hijackthis.de/index.php#
That is an automatic analyzer. It will make suggestions, but you still need
to be very careful what you do.
