Missing URLMON.DLL

My wifes computer shows error "missing urlmon.dll" when
opening most app's
OS ME w/ XP upgrade
Any (easy) way to repair this?

Urlmon.dll is a WindowsXP/System32 file and a necessary

file to run XP. It is on your system/harddrive twice,
one is in C:\Windows\System32 (which obviously you are
missing) and the other is in C:\I386.
Open Windows Explorer (under AllPrograms/Accessories) and
you can copy and paste from I386 to System32 directory.
Both files are identical. If this is confusing, go to
Start/Search/files and folders and type urlmon.dll and
click search, see how many copies it finds. It should
find your copy in I386. Good luck!

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

If that doesn't help, run the newest updates for OE/IE.
