Missing URL:MailTo Protocol

In trying to fix my inability to send emails from MailTo links in web sites,
I discovered that somehow the URL:MailTo Protocol is no longer displayed in
Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types.

How can I restore this? I tried a system restore from a restore point from
a couple of weeks ago, but this did not reinstall the Protocol

I figured it out myself. If anyone else needs to know, I went into Internet
Explorer, and in Tools/Internet Options/Programs, I selected an alternate
email program and clicked on Apply; then reselected Microsoft Office Outlook
as the email program, and clicked on Apply. I then restarted, just in case
that was necessary, and all is now in order.
