Missing tools on Windows Contacts toolbars

The tools on my Windows Contacts has only 3 tools, they are Organize, Views
and Burn.

Can find others tools like Views, Open, E-mail, New Contact, New Contact
Group & etc.

How to add them in? Thanks in advance

click on Customize This Folder
click on Customize tab
select the Contacts template

thank you dave, been dealing with this whole email thing for 3 days now.
Outlook 2000, does not transfer or anything. So have been trying to learn
this email.

How do you add groups?

Well, I did that, sent you a thank you, but now when I click on add new
contact. It will not open. Can you help with that?
