Using Home Prem. I started my computer today and when I went to explorer the
tools option was gone. Anyone had this problem or can offer solution. Thanks

Hi, mtester.

Well, to get technical, there is no "Vista Explorer".

There is Windows Explorer, which is usually a list of files in the computer,
a directory. And Internet Explorer, which is the browser that we use to
access the Internet.

My guess is that you've turned off the Menu Bar in Internet Explorer. You
can turn it back on temporarily by pressing the Alt key. To turn it back on
(semi)permanently, right-click anywhere in the Command Bar and put a check
mark in front of Menu Bar

Sorry about the confusion I was refering to the windows explorer not internet
explorer

Is the Menu bar missing or just the Options choice on the menu bar? If it's
the Menu bar itself press Alt-F. To make the menu bar permanent press Alt-F
then pick Tools => Folder Options => View => Always show menus.

Same thing, just press Alt on your keyboard and it will appear temporarily.
If you want it to always show, click Organize > Layout > Menu bar.
