Missing toolbars

Hope somebody can help.

All of my folder toolbars are missing although they were
working. I have read the help page and this tells me that
I can show or hide the toolbars but I have to right click
on a toolbar to do this and then alter it in the 'view'
options. However, this isn't possible if I haven't got the
toolbars in the first place. Any suggestions please....

I'm in the same boat. Yesterday I noticed this problem in
my folders and haven't been able to solve this yet. My
PCcillin (anti-virus software) found an infection about 1
week ago (BKDR_ type). I'm not sure if this was the source
of the problem or not.

Let me know if you find a solution. I also have a posting
on this site.
