Missing theme, Please Help

Hi,

I recently had a problem when uninstalling a game from windows XP. It
lost my internet connection and a lot of my settings (luckily nothing
much other than cosmetic). Unfortunately my windows classic theme file
(C:\WINDOWS\resources\Themes\Windows Classic.theme) has been corrupted -
or it won't load in or open or anything. I hate the standard XP look and
would be extremely grateful if someone could email this file to me.

If someone recognises this problem and thinks it might be something more
than the file, please let me know.
