Missing Tables and forms

I have a database that is 7meg in size. When I open it in
Access there are no tables or forms listed. This database
was being used with no problems two days ago. I can tell
by the file size that the information is there but what
happened to the tables and forms? Any one seen this
before?
 
Perhaps they are hidden. Go to Tools, Options, and put a check in 'Show
hidden objects'.
