Missing system.xml.dll in .NET Framework on Windows Server 2003

Hi,

Does anyone know why one of the Windows Server 2003 would not have
System.xml.dll in the installation directory
(C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322)?

Is there a way to get it back or fix it? It looks like Framework is a part
of the Operating System so what do I do? Reinstall OS from scratch?

Any lead appreciated!

This issue is solved. We have no clue how it disappeared but we copied it
from another 2003 server, and GACed it and restarted server and Voíla! Isn't
it nice when things work fine.

I am happy, feeling strong, I got sunshine :)
