Missing Start Menu option - Help!

When I go to the "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" (right click on
the taskbar) and select the "Start Menu" tab, only the "Classic Start
menu" option is listed (a single radio button and no other text).
My other machines list the XP start menu option but it is gone from
this environment.
Does anyone out there have a solution that will allow me to select
this option short of reloading XP? It was once there but ... well you
get the picture ...

Thanks, but the start menu style is still classic and the only option
available on "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" is still classic.
However, you did help to allow me to switch the taskbar to xp style.
Is there a fix for the "Taskbar and Start Menu Properties" issue?
