Missing Smart Device template in VB.Net

I installed the Pocket PC 2003 SDK, Developer Resources and Emulator to
Visual Studio .Net 2003.
When I try to create a new VB.Net application the 'Smart Device Application'
template does not exist.
If I create a c# project the 'Smart Device Application' template exists ok.

Any idea's.
