Missing SHELL.DLL File

I am trying to open a program but I get an error message stating that I am
missing the SHELL.DLL file. Can anyone help get me this file.
 
There are actually various versions of shell.dll
Do you know which one you need?

A better place to get DLL files is at: http://www.webzila.com/?wz=dll
They got various versions of the same DLL files...plus it shows the
size so you can better find the one that you really need.
