missing scroll bars

I'm not very skilled in Excel so this might seem like a
trivial problem. We do our time cards through an excel
template, recently one of our guys complained of not
having scroll bars on his excel any longer. He can move
around using the arrow keys, but can not scroll. How do I
get the scroll bar back? Is it something that he did on
accident or is it the program itself? No one else who has
this template has had this problem.

Mayhaps Tools - Options - View - Horizontal scroll bar, Vertical scroll bar.

Nevermind I figured it out... I went to Options and made
sure that the boxes were checked... Sorry bout that.
