Missing Ribbon

I installed Office 2007 Professional the other day. After closing and
opening Outlook, I noticed that the ribbon is now missing and it only has the
traditional menu format. What happened?
 
The main outlook interface does not use the ribbon, only outlook forms have
ribbons.
