Missing Resourse

The following message pops up when starting up. ' default version of the resourse DLL( PrDslEnu.Irc) is not found'
Does anyone know what this is ? and if I need it, and if so how to restore it.
 
It could possibly be something to do with modems - you could try
removing and reinstalling modems and modem drivers.
