Missing Query column

I have a query and while in design view, I unchecked the show button on
a column. Now I realize I need to see that column, but when I go into
design view, it is not there to re-check the show button. How do I get
it back?

First of all, make sure it's really not there. If you have a criteria on
the field and uncheck it, Access will move it to the far right. If you've
checked that and it's still missing, just open the field list (there's a
button on the toolbar) and drag the missing field back onto the query grid.

Ronnie,

In design view of your query, locate the field in question, in the
applicable table represented in the upper panel of the design window,
and drag it to a blank column in the query design grid.
