Missing Program

My Norton Win Dr. said that the following file/program is
unaccessable or cannot be found.
Missing file: "C:\WINN\SYSTEM32\MAPISRVR:EXE"
How can I get it back.

There is no such file on this Win2K Pro sp4 single user system,
so maybe it came with an application?
