Missing PgSDK.DLL ???

HELP PLEASE!!!

When I boot, a message comes up:
Missing PgSDK.DLL
also s/t like pagemonitor.exe is missing...

When I try to change the settings in the System Folder
they do not take hold...

Where can I find or download the Missing PgSDK.DLL and or
the pagemonitor.exe
and where (and how) do I need to install it exactly on my
system?

This dll is associated with "The Presentation Graphics SDK is used by
Windows applications to draw graphs and charts".
you haven't mentioned the version.
