Missing password for Windows 2000

HELP ME PLEASE! Cannot login windows 2000 don't have the former user password

Hello everyone!


I recently purchased a Think Pad which has Windows 2000 nt professional as it operating system. The former ower's user name is Ryan but I don't have his password. How can I get in the system without his password?

Please help
