MISSING PARTITIONS

I don't know what happened but I lost 3 partitions off my hard drive. I had the drive partitioned for 4 partitions, now when I go to my computer it shows only the primary partition for that drive. Any help would be appreciated.
 
If the master boot partition is formatted in 32 bit fat, and the other
partitions are not, then they will disappear.
