Missing Part of TV Image in Vista Media Center

Hi
I have a problem, when viewing any channel in the Media Center it is missing
1 or 2% procent of the bottom. Fx. i can only se some of the first lines of
subtitles.

Anyone who might have an idea to resolve this.

PC Setup:
Vista 5384
1 GB Ram
ATI Radeon 850 XT
ATI Newest Vista Drivers
Tuner: Hauppuage WinTV-PVR-150
(Vista finds/installs it as Conexant 2388x)
P4 2,53ghz
