HI,

I have a laptop with Outllok 2003. When connected to our LAN at work there
is no problem. When connected via broadband at home, the insert file icon is
missing from new messages and is not there to add manually to the toolbar.

Where does it go - can I get it to show permanently?

Thanks,
Spike

Should be there always already. Are you using Word or Outlook as the email
editor? Note that you can also drag & drop a file from Explorer into the
message to attach it.

Thanks, Roady. Perhaps it should be there but it ain't! We found out the drag
and drop option by luck but can you explain the missing paperclip and how to
retain it?

Thanks loads,

Spike

Sorry, Roady, I forgot to answer that - we're using Outlook, not Word.

Cheers,

Locate outcmd.dat and rename it to .old when Outlook is closed. This will
reset the Toolbar to default.
