No Paperclip Icon

We have installed Office 2003 on 2 citrix servers. On one of the servers,
the paperclip icon does not display to indicate that the message has an
attachment. If I change the format of the column to use Yes/No to indicate
if there is an attachment, the yes/no displays appropriately. Does anyone
have any idea as to how I might fix this without reinstalling Office 2003?

You might have done this already--Right click on the header and pick Field
chooser and add the Icon Field.

The header (paperclip) is there, but it doesn't display in the column to
indicate that a message has an attachment...
