Missing or corrupt ntoskrnl

This is a win2000pro sp4. User said she was cleaning off some files and
she got above black screen message.
We tried logging into recovery console but it doesnt take the administrator
password. She said she never changed it.
Is their a tool I can use to access or repair?

Try this boot disk to reset the admin password to a blank:

After doing it, consider having ***two*** local admin
accounts on each PC, same as you have at least two sets
of keys for your car, for obvious reasons.
