Missing oft file for email template - outlook 2002, XP

I am trying to emulate the out of office assistant but when I try to save the
reply message as a template I am not given the option needed (save as outlook
template). I have outlook 2002 and XP. Can anyone help me?

Turn off WordMail as your editor before you start designing the template.
