Missing ntbackup.exe file

Error message: c:\windows\system32\ntbackup.exe cannot be
found. How do I find and restore the file?
 
NTBackup.exe is a protected file, so running "sfc" should replace it. See
windows help for explanation of this utility.
(This actually just copies it from \windows\system32\dllcache but run the
utility to verify all your other files as well)
