Missing nt5inf.cat file

setup is asking for Service Pack 2 Cd. Due to a
motherboard failure, I'm doing a W2K => W2K upgrade justto
get my existing system back. It's asking for the W2K
service pack 2 CD. I don't have this CD any more. I tried
downloading SP2 and burning the expanded files to CD. Now
setup is looking for NT5INF.CAT file but there's none in
the i386 folder on the CD. Have I missed something? Where
can I get this file?
