Missing new folder in context menu

G

Guest

I am using Windows Vista Home Premium

In Windows Explorer and Computer, using right mouse click to create a new
folder, the "New Folder" item has been replaced with "New Briefcase" in the
context menu.

I feel sure that I have caused this but am unable to find how to rectify.

I am now unable to create a new folder in Windows Explorer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks CBA
