Missing My Clipboard!

Good afternoon.

Just noticed that my Clipboard has disappeared! Just wandered off on its
own, I guess. How do I get it back? Believe I had to download it a few
years ago for my Windows XP SP2 but cannot remember where I got it. Any help
or directions will be appreciated.

I went to Run and brought it up. Now, how to get it on my Programs list or
establish it as a shortcut?
