Missing MSDART.DLL on XP CD

Trying to re-install XP on a computer without Internet/Network Connectivity
and process goes fine until "Finializing Installation" at 13 minutes
remaining. Get a cannot find MSDART.DLL file. Cannot get set up to
discontinue and have tried F8 to go back to last know working version.
Suggestions?

Found the fix as you suggested but cannot interrupt the Setup process with
any version of F8 to put fix in place. No matter what choice I make using
the F8 option to bring windows up in some varitey of "Safe Mode" all end in
Setup will continue...how do I get this to stop so I can install the fix you
suggested?
