MISSING MODULE

WHEN I GET ONLINE AN ERROR SCREEN COMES UP AND TELLS ME I
HAVE A PROBLEM WITH RUNDLL, THAT THIS FILE IS MISSING

C:/WINDOWS\bxxx.5dll

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS FILE BUT I NEED TO
KNOW HOW TO PUT IT BACK OR REPLACE IT.

It sounds like something is calling that file which is now gone... could
have been deleted by an antivirus program but the startup entry is still
there.

Several things;

please confirm the above filename... it looks incorrect

do a "find" for the filename and report it's location if found

post the exact text of the error message... there are subtilties in the
message that will help clarify the stiuation.
