Missing Menus and Toolbars in Folder Window

In my folder windows, I have no menus and no toolbars at all. It looks like
someone has moved the resize at the bottom of the menus to the top of the
screen and I can't move it down. I can't right hand click on any thing that
resembles a menu to put the standard buttons back. I also have no file, edit
etc.

Please help me!

Try pressing F11.
