Missing Menu Bar in Windows Explorer

Hello

I have just recently installed Feature Pack 2007 for XP Embedded. When
I had built my target image and put it on my target machine the menu
bar in the windows explorer had disappeared!! I have created several
target images with the Target Designer and never had this problem
before I installed FP2007.
Does anyone have an idea on what might be the problem??

This was part of the refactoring work, some really low footprint devices
didn't want or need it, so it's optional. The component you would add is
"Primitive: Browselc". Lynda will be writing a blog article on this soon.
