missing mails?

sometimes when I open windows mail to read my mail, some of my mails are
blank, I see the senders name and the subject but the message window is
empty and also if it has any attachment I cant get it.

That type of problem is usually caused by interference from an
antivirus program. As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus
must be turned off.

Email scanning in any antivirus must be disabled, for reasons
explained here:

If no improvement after disabling email scanning, consider upgrading
to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to suffering bad effects
from overly intrusive antivirus programs:
