Missing Label tool bar in the horizontal bottom of the stat-up lin

I have no idea of why my xp system has missed the labels on the bottom line
of the start-up line that when you access each application system, there
should a label shows there.
I tried moidifing all posibilities of functions, but I still got trouble on
having it being appeared.
Does anybody know how to have it work?
 
Rightclick an open area of the bottom line (taskbar) and go up to Toolbars,
click
it and then click Quick Launch. That should replace them for you.
