Missing 'Junk Mail' folders / Office 2002

A few weeks ago, I noticed my 'Junk Mail' folders were missing from Outlook.
They use to be there but no longer. I updated Office (2002) with the latest
patches (for my version) - no success. Under Actions, I see I still have the
ability to add a sender to my Junk Mail filter, but where are the messages
going? I tried the 'outlook /resetfolders' switch but it made no difference.
I tried creating a new PST and designating that new PST as my primary
delivery location, but still no Junk Mail folders. I ran SCANPST and it found
no errors either in my PST file (only 256MB in size). I've also noticed that
since the folders disappeared, I'm receiving quite a bit less e-mail - so I
wonder that if the messages are being flagged as SPAM, where are they going?
Thanks in advance...

Outlook 2002/XP doesn't have a Junk Email folder by default. You can create
this folder manually and use the rules to assign the folder to move your
Junk Email to.
