Missing/invalid file

Hello again to all .
Got a problem ..loool

I am tryng to install a program but whenever i do so an error appears
saying : "Component RICHTX.32.OCX or one of it's dependencies not
currently registered : a file is missing or invalid"

Can u please help me on this matter ?
