missing ini" file

Hello:

Reinstalled winxp home version. trying to install HP 712c printer. CD is
in drive and starts loading and then prompted "HPVDJ50.ini is missing. I
believe this file to be on xp CD, but not sure how to locate it and install
in windows folder on hard drive.

Thanks for the help
 
Hi Lilac,

That file should be in the driver.cab file located at C:\WINDOWS\Driver
Cache\i386
