missing INF files

Trying to download my Lexmark printer info and received
message my INF files are missing. Do I have to download
my Windows 2000 again or is there an easier way to "add"
the INF files?
 
Can you provide us with the exact wording of the message you are receiving?
Is it that the INF for the printer is not found?
