Missing "Inbox" in outlook express!

Hi,
I am using both outlook and outlook express. It was
working fine until 3 days ago when suddenly my 'inbox'
dissappears! i have tried everything except reinstalling
as i do not know where to get the files to reinstall
outlook express. can anyone help please? please email me
directly. thanks
