Missing IE Toolbar

The toolbars for my Internet Explorer have disappeared.
How can I get them back. I have Windows ME
 
Try pressing F11?
or right clicking on any toolbars you have left and you
should be given some options.

If neither of those work you probably have a malicious
script?
