Missing Icons

When I call or go to HELP the Icons do now show up anymore. All I see is
like a little square with an X in it.

Is there a fix to this.

there, then push away from the keyboard and give it to someone with
the brains to know what to do.

as listed. what next?

I did both steps and after it finished, it still no ICONS in my HELP Window,
just the red X marks.
