Missing icons in Mail Message ribbon

Outlook 2007, Exchange server 2003, XP.

I have a user that when opening a new Mail Message, is missing two icons in
the 'Include Group' under the Message tab; Attach File and Attach Item.

How can these disappear and how can they be re-added to the 'Include Group'?
They do appear under the Insert tab and we can add Attach File to the QAT -
both as a work-around.

Oh dear - I have the resolution and thought I'd share it in case this happens
to anyone else:

I contacted the user and had him open a new mail message to send. Then I
had him mouse over the three little icons located in the upper-most right
hand corner. Lo and behold the middle icon read "Maximize". So I had him
click on that to - MAXIMIZE HIS SCREEN - and presto. The icons reappeared.

Weird problem, silly but logical fix - could happen to anyone I suppose.
