Missing hard drive

My XP Mc pc shows three hard drives when I look at windows explorer.

Device manager lists two ( one drive partioned ) and admin lists two, what
is this other hard drive? and if I can see it in explorer why is it not
listed elsewhere?.

Help please

I have looked at this further and the f: drive seems to be an exact copy of
the c:

I make a new file on C: and it appears on F:.

Thoughts please
