Missing Graphics

[Please Help Me]

HELP! Some graphics aren't being displayed in both
Netscape and IE. (Example - www.ucomics.com/comics -
click on a strip - the area where the strip should be is
blank. Example 2 - www.ebay.com - buttons on top left
right under the links are missing as is the graphics.)
I've tried tech support with my internet provider,
running Ad-Aware, scanning for viruses (Symantec and
Trend MicroSystems), checking preferences, reinstalling
Netscape and IE - all to no avail. What can I do?

Your cache is full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Go to "Red X- Pictures do not show:" http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/redx.htm
Because this is happening with IE and Netscape, look at other programs that
are running such as your firewall or other security program.
