Outlook 2003 does everything I need it to with one exception. I can't figure
out a way, using categories, or anything else, to differentiate geographical
areas by zip code. It is possible using Outlook, or with an add-in, to bring
up a group of contacts by zip code without leaving Outlook? Thank you.

Have you tried grouping by Zip Code?

Turn on the Advanced Toolbar, use The Phone List view of Contacts and use
the Group By Box and Field Chooser to first show the Zip Code field, then
drag it into the Group By Box.

Thank you Judy. That helped a lot!
